Summer Rail Setup, drop in construction?

I want to make a backyard setup and drop in, but im not sure what i should use to put on the drop in so that i can slide, what do i use? some kind of carpet or something? if you guys have any suggestions please let me know! thanks...

astro turf if you have it, otherwise carpet, i have carpet. if its wet it'll slide good.

i wrapped huge pvc tube in astro turf and it slides like butter but i just dont have a good roll in
