wheres everybody working?
my moms not letting me stay at home so i need a fun job and a place to go thinking hood, whistler, portland, nyc, alaska . this is my first step towards a job search, ns.

working in a foreign country might be a bitch to get the visa... but i dont know?

i for one think it would be pretty cool to live in alaska for a little bit, "into the wild" anyone?

i'm working at a boating place by the lake.

bunch of guys i skiied with and worked with on the mountain this winter are working there, so should be sweet

theres another thread about this but who cares.

I'll be working at Cedar Point for part of the summer and working as an intern for OG Technologies the rest. I'll probably do some psych experiments for some extra money on the side.

i work at the information centre in whistler.

all i do is tell people where to go what to do and when there is no one around i just sit on NS or the internet or something

its pretty sweet.

golf course... such a sick job. 10-11 an hour plus free golf for me and my friends, i'm super tight with the pro and his bangin daughter, and i can show up whenever i want. stoked about this job, been doing it for like four years.

and the pro, he skied avi patrol at alta for ten years, was on the cover of powder, and then became a golf pro! he's the man.

i have no idea. i want to take classes in boston or pittsburgh, but i'm not sure what to do.

if that fails, i'll probably be working at my dad's company's marina.

giant eagle son. like $9 to sit at a cash register, at a store that nobody goes to. easyyyy. plus helping my buddy cut grass when he needs the help, and i have time. $10 an hour...i need to make some $$$$$$$ this summer.

Working for a school bus company... for about 5 weeks i'll be a bus aid for the summer school routes.. there is 14 a week mon-fri and i get paid 15 bucks for each route and each route is roughly an hour of sitting on a bus telling kids to sit down, stop eating food, telling them to be quiet, and listening to my ipod. They're all the trashy little ganster kids so it's actually kind of fun to talk to them and stuff. So that is $1050 for 5 weeks. Then i will also wash buses for 8.50 an hour. All i do is sweep and mop the inside, powerwash the front, and walk a big ass spinning brush around the rest of it. I can show up whenever i want during the week to do it and take as much time off as i want, unless there is like a coach bus that absolutely needs to be washed. Pretty much the easiest jobs ever and i don't get paid like a mexican like i do at Quiznos. Pretty stoked to make some decent money at a easy job this summer.

I'm working at a state park 5 minutes from my house this summer. I worked there last year, and it was a very easy job. I worked 40 hours a week, so i made almost $4000 from lat June to whenever school started.

Something kind of fun that I've always wanted to check out is working at the diamond mines in Canada. I'm not a big fan of mining at all, but it pays ridiculously well and you get to experience a part of the world that is absolutely incredible. I spent a week and a half hiking around the tundra 100 miles north of Yellowknife and will never forget how beautiful that area is. I think they work two weeks on, two weeks off too, so that could be pretty nice (but brutal).

i have two....first i make smoothies for girls in bikinis all day....second, i work at a marina with my bro and put gas in boats all day and some guys have like 5 million dollar boats that take like $2500 just for gas and they give you like $70 in tips
