Summer job

not working at a grocery store, i can tell you that.

try a place that sells stuff for gardens and such, you might get some outdoor time there.

word try to work outside. I think I'm gonna try to be a bird moniter this summer at the beach.....aka I will get paid to sit on the beach

i washed dishes at a restaurant in cape cod....8 an hour plus hot babe waitresses plus free food plus hot milfs who came into the restaurant...this year i got promoted to bus boy

i worked for my dad at a plastics company and i just ran machines and fixed shit...it was soo good, i got like 2,000 in 2 1/2 monthes

Working in food industry kinda sucks, I did that all summer...This summer will be good though, i've taken numerous advanced chemistry classes (every class offerred at my highschool) and a local chem company is offering me a full time job for the summer and I'll be making like $15 an hour. woot!

tip well*

anway i did land scaping ofr 10 dollars an hour made pure dough, I was self employed but worked everyday. I worked for rigt jewish people.

im getting a job with the CCC (civilian conservation corp) its all outside work in the mountains, 8 bucks an hour plus a 2000 doller college scholarship.

find something with good pay. I'm 16 and I have three decent paying jobs;

#1; Doing deliveries for my dad/ working in his shop(so a family oriented job)= 15$/hr but really low hours.

#2;party decorator= 9$/hr and A LOT of hours, I did a lot of 22 hour days and 90 hour weeks wern't uncommon.

#3; acro nature... basicaly I sit in a lawn chair, drinking beer and watching people do an "obstacle course". It's min. wage, but SOOO slack that I can't pass it up(i'll be starting this summer).

so it's up to you, if you're a slacker, go for something where you sit around all day. If you don't mind long hours but like getting killer pay checks, try to find a job in the party scene ( lights, sound, stage, decoration)or landscaping they're always looking for people.

i work at Steiners Sports.. benefits are good.. but idk.. theres something missing.. oo i GET PAID MINIMUM WAGE!!! fucking ass holes..

my boss gives me a raise from $6.00 to $6.75 one week before minimum wage goes from $6.00 to $6.75.... what a fucking cheep ass hole..

cleaning carpets.... i made $9 an hour and only worked like half the time. plus my boss and the kid i worked with bought me beer and let my get drunk on the job. pretty cool nice at 16 years old

IM a lifeguard, its fun if you have a cool crew, and super gay if you dont . And indoor pools suck outdoor si the best and i liek guarding the beach even more. I sit on Lake Tahoe all summer and kick it.Bur im over lifeguarding, this summer im working for a jet ski rental place so i just ride skis around.. super fun

each summer ive worked for something new. electrician, carpenter, painter. i make about 12- 15 under the table its sick

my resume later on is gonna be a page of dishwashing just different ski towns, i wanna achieve this in life to show im a real ski bum. Currently working at the school board, doing pretty lame shizzle in a cubicle but o well, 10.5/hour isnt bad for 5 hours a week.

if u have your license then deliver for a foriegn pizza place because they usually pay under the table and you get paid tips when i did that i got mad money!

caddying at a rich country club. you get 200 bucks for 4 hrs carrying to bags plus tips. but there rich so its like 300 and its under the table.

id want to be the person who drives around the golf courses and sells food, that would be sweet. or just do something cool like make a charity for yourself, like put big ass jars in a bunch of grocery stores that say something like "give money to help kids get the toys and food they need" or something like that, cause it is true so you couldnt get in trouble and you could get a ton of money!

Life guard at a pool outside. Easy job, always in the sun and hot girls at pools you have authority blow you wistle and tell "you, in the pink come here"

Word, Steiners is the shit.

I'm thinking trying to get a job at the local camera store this summer.

i got my first job when i was 14, i was mostly painting stuffs, last summer i was both indoors and outdoors, but being out is much more fun

i started with yard work. good money, but fucking laborous. wasnt too fun.

but if its just for the summer, do something that is more enjoyable. it is certainly worth it.

food is a sketchy area. i worked for a food place and had to deal with the dumbest people known to man, but it wasnt too bad.

i work for a ski shop sometimes. also for a translation firm. its dope shit. an online job is so cool, and allows me to work when i want. thats prime

i had best idea, im going to wear my boyscout uniform and sit at a table in front of the grocery store with a jar for people to help

i started being a welding assistant for my dad's friends this summer, it was 16 bucks an hour and 30 hours a week

thats 380 a week without income tax because he paid me "under the table"
