i'm goin to a summer camp eithr this year or next (probably next) and I was wonderin which one to go to...right know it's between Camp of Champions or SMS...what is it like at both camps...are the parks only for the camps...is there good coaching?

coc is the shit, ask snowman17 but the park layout is like a slopestyle course, and they have a 60 footer and a 40 footer, the jumps are not too big and not to small so there easy to learn on

what about hiking or a tow lift...i read that C.O.C. has their own private...is that true and do other camps share the park with the public?

so the tow only goes to the top of the pipe? so you have to hike the rest of the way to the top?? what about the water ramps...those look dope?

they are dope, not like a regular jump but they get you soo high, the lift ends at the pipe but most of the time oyu sessioning stuff and that requires hiking

nice...for the water ramps do they supply everything...what do you wear??? i heard you are kinda free and there is a coach everywere so you can ask for help anytime?

ya its the same as high north, u bring a helmet and its really layed back and coaches are always there to help

fuck...i really don't know where to go??? the only thing about C.O.C. is they don't supply dinner, is there like microwaves and mini refrigerators in the rooms? at SMS do they share the park and the to lift?? where is high north?

ther is a microwave in the hotel, but thats the fun part, you can chase cnandian girls while you eat

even if your not taking a plane can you show up at the airport and take the shuttle to the mountain anyways??? is the price of C.O.C. really worth it??? how much did u progress???

i dunno about the shuttle, its totally worth it, you progress as much as you want to, ex. i wanted to learn a rodeo5 but i only could do a 180 at the time, well they tought me the rodeo

last year was my first time, im going this year, if oyu go use the water ramps every time you have a chance, thats the easy way to learn any trick

for the people who went to c.o.c. how long did u stay...do you have to go for a long time to get really good (like 180's to rodeos)

I'm goin' to High North session 2 this summer. I've never been to a camp before, but i really can't wait! Free access to water ramps, a different coach every day, they pay for all your food, a PRIVATE park, so only High North people can go.

all camps claim to have private terrain...camp of champions said that in the brochure...also all the other camps share a tow lift...with the public!!...that sucks

High North is really the ONLY one with real private terrain. No public allowed whatsoever. I emailed Shane Szocs and asked him and that's what he told me.

no, high north has the pipe all to themselves in the morning, it's after lunch that they share it, but it's still empty cuase it's kinda hidden

and high north shares the tow rope, but it's not bad at all,not THAT many people go to just ski

no man coc has its own private terrain, you get kicked out if you are not part of the camp. like i said earlier it all about how much you want to learn

um i have heard of a comp in the public park around july and its for all the campers, but no camp vs. camp

from what i've heard, no matter what camp you go to, you'll love it

i went to CoC last year and i'm going again this year, so that show i like coc....
