Summer camp problem

ok so here's the deal. my parents will no longer pay for me to go to Whistler over the summer becuase of my grade in chemistry. My grandparents have offered (and they did last year) pay for me to go on an Outward Bound (adventure trip that is 'supposed to build charicter'). I am looking for a trip like that where you ski. (that being more of a adventure teamwork charicter building and all that shit...) so far I have found one for teens that is expensive as fuck that is in the alps that does like 7 or 8 days of skiing along with a bunch of other shit that sounds fun. the problem with that is it is expensive as fuck. my grandparents, although ritch, I am not sure if they would pay for it. is there any trips that you guys know of that are like that?

Try giving the fine people at one of the fine ski camps kicking around a call and see if they might hook you up with the special 'leadership' package... ;)

umm, I could try but if they found out I would be in a shitload of trouble. also my parents would know and tell them becuase I have been to Whistler the past 2 summers and my parents would know the names of the camps becuase they helped me search for them.

you can go on outward bound to like new zealand or like up in alaska were you can actually go skiing, not quite the same tho. and take it from me, i went to that kind of camp for 5-6 years, they SUCK ASS

And it makes me see, every puff that I breathe, potent herbs and leaves could ease the world . . .

So, We roll and smoke and choke and- pass and toke and hand it back to ya.

I went on aoutward bound trip last year and it was prutty fun but sucked ass at the same time becuase of how tireing it was. anyway, I went to the Outward Bound Austrailia and NZ sites and I couldn;t find any skiing, if you found one let me know!

fuck dude, work your ass off all year long like the other people and pay for it yourself. Get a job flipping burgers, pumping gas, selling donuts for 30 hours a week and you'll be at camp in no time.

no I am not making them do anything. I tried to refuse it last year (becasue I didn;t know about this program) and basically I they wouldn;t let me. even if I had anough money my parents wound;t let me go to whistler. also I mow people lawns in the neighborhood and I plan to try to get a job helping a web designer/graphic designer very soon. and basically my perents (or grandparents) anly buy me stuff for holodays, inbetween I get shit so it is not as good as it sounds

besids, even if i did get all sorts of stuff from my parents; if your parents bought you stuff you would accept if greatfully and you know it

Yeah, its pollite to accept gifts from people but most people arent in the situation were everything is just handed to them. So if your getting it all for free and your grandparents are millionairs that dont have to worry about pension and stuff. take what you can get. as for planning to get a job. planning great. but it doesnt mean shit until you actully get a job.

I guess I sort of have one. I mow my neighbors lawns as I said before. there arn;t too many hours but it is still a fairly tireing job. i'd much rather do that then work at Micky 'd's
