yo hombres....i was at sms and windells....and am thinkin of goin to COC this summer....where have yall gone and what do you like????

'cuz there are so many crappy little kids, old people, and everything in between that go through the 'experts only' park, and point at the jumps only to yell 'wow, thats a neet bump' while paruzing over em at -2mph...i hate people'
 
i went to windells and it was the shit. This year Skogen and Pollard are coaching all summer too so it will be sick

 
I went to Dave Murray. it was cool. cheaper than the others exept for camp of champs

Im stuck between the decision to go to camp or to go out west next winter at some point... If i went back out to camp it would probably be to High North... Ive spent the past 2 summers at Dave Murray and it was a blast there!!

i was wondering how terrain differs between whistler and mt. hood, in the summer. i went to sms last year and i'm considering going to SMS again or maybe Camp Revolution.

Camp of Champions is great. Has good lanes and no rules or regulations like a 'camp' would have.

The first day I got there they said 'We have only 1 rule here.. if you are going to smoke cigs/mary j/all that stuff, then do it outside - this is a no smoking hotel.'

I reccomend it.

Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Ski.

 
i enjoyed SMS, it was fun. high north would be fun, i dont think i would like COC- too hectic for me

i went to the COC 5 day standard camp and it was about 600$. all i can tell you is i came out of there a fuck load better than i was before and it was nonstop laughs and goodtimes at whistler.

i would recomend a deluxe package instead of the standard.

high north is the greatest ever. i already wrote a ton about it in an early post about 2 weeks ago and i dont feel like typing it again so feel free to go diggin for it. but trust me its awesome. or just click on the link at the website

 
The energy in skiing these days is electric. Rail slides, rodeos, and 15 foot airs out of the half-pipe are redefining what skiing is all about. Snowboarding’s influence on today’s skier is undeniable. New shapes and twin tips are the future and there’s no looking back. Skiing’s cool again and it’s here to stay. Up here on the glacier we couldn’t be more stoked. This past summer the skiers upped the ante once again. Sweden’s Jon Olsson stomping 50 foot switch D-spin 9’s over the pro booter. Local ripper and coach Eric Pollard goin’ 270 on, 270 off the long rail. Canadian J.P. Auclair’s loop for the Poor Boyz movie 'Propaganda.' We even saw the Utah crew build and jump a 40 foot gap, 25 foot step-up jump.

Tons of super-pros were here riding with the campers. Boyd Easely, Kent Kreitler, Shane Anderson, Skogen Sprang, and Mike Laroache came up from Tahoe. Mullet man J.F. Cusson, Vinnie Dorian, and the Three Phils from Canada. Nordica skier Kristi Leskinen, Krist Ostness from Utah. The list goes on and on. Candide Thovex made it all the way from France to hang here at Windell’s. Axis magazine and Freeze had photographers’ shutters on overdrive. Of course it was all captured on film. Check out the fall releases of 'Royalty', 'The Circus', 'Mind the Addiction', or 'Volume' video magazine and you’ll catch a glimpse of what goes on here throughout the summer. Our staff of coaches are the best around at their profession. Chris Collins, Kevin Eichner, Shane Chandlee, and coach-in-training Eric Pollard will help you progress way beyond your expectations. Salomon, Smith, and Line skis provide you with demo equipment that’s not even in the stores yet. 2002 will be our third year of camp and sessions fill up quickly. I'm so stuck.... I have to clue if I wanna go back out this summer... Ive had a shitty season and its coming to an end in a week and a half so ya IF i do go back out it would either be to High North June 15, or to Dave Murray June 20!
