[Suggestion] Ability to view active/inactive cults

I'd also like to note that the cults could be treated as "sub-forums", much like reddit's sub-reddits. As of now, many cults aren't known to a lot of the user base, especially the newer user base.
 
Cults already are sub forums so I'm not sure what you propose we do to treat them differently
 
go to the community tab, click on cults, and then you can view all the cults that have been created.
