if any of u say use the search bar ur waisting ur energy. k, i know this girl that wants to start skiing. she is looking for a ski to start off with and i pointed her towards the Salomon teneighty. she weighs about 125 and is pretty athletic. what do u think?

STARTING skiing? The 720's cheaper and at that level she won't be able to tell the difference. Or Scratch nothings, if you want higher-level skis.

if shes starting skiing she most defineatly doesnt need a twin, but if you insist on it, 720's are good and you can get the old old mad trix for cheap now on ebay.

she'll probably want a softer ski, so I think the 1080 or 720 would be a good choice. If she's just learning how to ski though, she might be better off on a pair of cheap shaped skis until she gets comfortable on skis in general. I wouldn't recommend taking her into the park until she's at least comfortable riding down more difficult blue runs, or easier black diamonds.

 
well i was thinking that she could use the skis for later on in her life. like keep them for a while cause she isnt going to ski a whole lot

i definetely would buy a twin; why not? they are good for regular skiing, not just park specific stuff, plus it leaves your options open.

i would suggest trying to find something used though to start off with, just to test things out like flex/size etc. no need to waste money right off the bat.

you can find the old red and black enemys on ebay for really cheap and they come in a 163
