Subs and Amp Wiring

Alright so I just bought 2 JL 10 inch subs and an 800 watt amp from my friend, is a 10 gauge wiring kit enough or should I go lower?

10 guage will probly be fine, bigger could be better.

i'd go 4 guage.....actually, i'd go 0 guage....but thats just so i didn't have to rewire the car when i got an amp for the mids and highs.

play it safe with 4 incase you wanna upgrade. otherwise you're good with 6, I wouldn't go any thinner than that though.
