i have no idea what shipping would cost, i imagine at least $50 cuz it's heavy, but i live in upstate new york, between albany and poughkeepsie if you are around the area and interested
 
they are 600w rms (it doesn't say but prob 800w max) for each of the subs, and the amp is a 1200w max, 2 channel, and since the amp is over 1000w a capacitor keeps your car battery from over usage
