Sublux clothing............terrible

D-rag, Urban Assualt, SSI, and I dont know who makes the clothing, but smith, line, and oakley dont have a hanes or some other tag.

lots of the shit you're all saying is propaganda. altamatum is a greta company. they sponsor you. you're paid to say that. to the guy that said you wear nomics all the time: your user name is nomics, which leads me to believe you work for/own the company. of course you;re going to wear the clothing all the time. can we get unbiased opinions thrown in the mix?

-chris

Okay, I dont get payed to represent ulta-matum. I rep them because, a)I like the product,b) i like the guy, and c) I need cloths and sponors.

I wouldnt represent Sublux, but Im sure JP auclair and the rest of em arent in charge of desings, and cloths. Well... I hope not. But I honestly havent used the clothing so I do not fully know. I jut know alot of people were dissapointed, and payed too much for what they thought was poor product. Keep posting your opinions thoug... it is good.

i ride for ulta-matum, it's a pimp company

were just a bunch of kids who love to ski.

rep ulta-matum, it's not that exspensive and it's dope. the team has no old pros on it and is just a bunch of little rippas.

skiing is so hot right now!!!

no clothing company makes their own shirts, PERIOD. even though the tag says 'Siver' or 'Nomics' that just means that they had a custom label made. However, this dosn't mean that all shirts are the same, Siver buys from a different wholesaler than Helly Hansen, therefore the actual t-shirt is different, even though they didn't actually make it

i don't care what the tag says. companies don't manufacture their own promo t-shirts. they order them from elsewhere.

They don't make their own clothes, but there are different qualities you can buy wholesale, you can buy the sickest quality wholesale, it just costs more, the companies that do that, ex. Burton, and alot more have their own custon tags put in, the dont make the stuff though, like has been said above.

Now Hanes is not bad stuff, they make quality stuff, it's just that when you buy a $25 t-shirt you prolly want to see a custom tag, just for the fact that you payed $25 for a t-shirt that cost them $5 to make, atleast you could have a custom tag.

Jeerzys Activewear or whatever on the other hand is prolly shit, prolly the cheapest wholesale hoodie they could find, now when your paying $47 for a hoodie, you dont want to think they are buying the cheapest wholesale they could find and not even putting in a custom tag, I mean, your paying $47, excited to get the shit, expecting it to be sick, and then you get the stuff and it's just cheap ass with some screen, prolly the cheapest they could find, just to get a bigger profit, now that can piss you off a bit.

04 Scratch's, Size 168, still in plastic. $250 USD, $325 CND. Look at the picture in my profile if your interested.

if a company like subsux can't make quality products, and if their PR also SUX then they deserve their fate: FAILURE

i'm not canadian, duhuhuhuh i'm just a little slow.

i think sivers stuff had 'fruit of the loom' or something when they first started....im sure sublux will get better overtime or just disapear...

shane had it right.

I purchased the graffiti hoodie

The scratch plate t-shirt

and the stamp t-shirt

The stamp t-shirt had a hanes tag on it, it was a hanes heavyweight 50/50 (50 percent cotton and 50 percent polyester) The sublux logo is very small and simply screened on to it, I would be amazed if the shirt cost more than 3 dollars to make, therefore it cost me 17 dollars plus shipping.

The scratch plate t-shirt was made by a company called Gildan activewear, it is 100% cotton and kinda heavyweight, prolly the only piece that i will actually wear. 17 dollars

THE GRAFFITI HOODIE is prolly the biggest piece of monkeyshit clothing ever. It was made by a company called jerzees activewear. It is so lightweight i could prolly rip the thing with my bare hands. The zipper is jammed and almost falling off anyways. Not to mention the thing is uglier than lateralis' mom. 47 dollars

fuk

Dont get gloves though, gloves are out. just use a cigarette to keep your hands warm.

yea that does suck hatyou actually spent alot of money on that stuff, what do you think about nomics, i know you prolly havent worn there clothing,

hey man you were the one who clicked pay in your online shopping cart, don't be lookin for sympathy for your foolish spendin'.

to the person that bought the ugly sweatshirt why did you buy the sweatshirt didnt you see the sweatshirt before you bought it.

the tag on the clothing is most likely sewn on by the company themselves, or from their provider, they dont make their own clothes. the bottle cap productions clothing does have the hanes tag on the zip hoodie, and gildans on the others, but what are we charging? our zip hoodie is very heavy and warm we charge 40 bucks (that price includes shipping). while siver probably sells the same hoodie for 80 bucks w/out shipping? we don't look for much profit at all, like the site says, we know you're as poor as we are, so we keep the prices as low as possible while still being able to maintain a little profit margin.

their logos are so boring and generic. None of their products are at all creative. That new co. nomics has a much better better chace of survival, their design are actually creative and different.

This thread reminds me of when FREEZE tried getting hoodies from those hippies at Manastash. They were held up in Customs for a couple of months and when we got them they smelled like the ocean and were the thinnest, shitiest ever. We ended up selling them for like 10 bucks 'cause they sucked so bad.

my comfortable, pre shrunk 100% cotton nomics tee has a generic tag containing only washing instructions. it's nice and soft and nothing's unraveled yet. my NS hoodie had one thread come unraveled, but it is still my #1 hoodie......not the warmest (i have a rediculous warm ecko hoodie) but warm enough, sooper comfy and pretty sexy too

How ridiculous it is to spend $80 on a hoodie.... I remember when I was in high school, and how brand names meant something (ridiculous).... Now for $80 I can get 6 pair of pants, 6 t-shirts, a jacket, 4 mugs, a couple sweaters and a box of 8 track tapes....at Value Village... I really can't believe the amount of money people spend on clothes when there are cheaper alternatives... When it comes to tech outerwear...I understand... But as far as spending $60 on a logo.... can you really justify it?

i can justify spending 60 on sivers warmup/sweats things... best pants i have... feels like wearing pussy.

my helly hanson is hoodie is good but my abercrombie and fitch hoodie is way better! Just kidding guys. I guess it's cool that there are more clothing companies out there now so we can pick and choose. Sublux is in it's first year. I personally thought their clothes shrunk way too much after one wash. I'll check them out next year. I mean my Siver hoodie this year was much better quality than the zip up grey one i got last year.

i dont really have a problem w. my sublux stuff. i wasnt expecting to wear the hoodie really to ski in and wasn't expecting some super huge super warm hoodie. the zipper is working fine and the thing is still together. the shirt is comfy too, so as far as i go, ive had a good experience w. em... plus i understand the fact that they dont have a bajillion dollars to spend on the clothes first batch, so its all good if you ask me.

I like to ski.

If the sublux hoodies are shrinking, isn't that Hanes' fault? My sublux hoodie says it's made of preshrunk cotton, but I haven't washed it yet so we'll see what happens. I think the guys at sublux are definitely making an effort to make a quality clothing company. I just got an email from them letting me know they're sending me a free hat... why? I don't know, but that's pretty good customer service.

Did they realize you don't have a bajillion dollars to spend on a piece of garbage?

And you weren't expecting something warm? So you were basically spending $80 or whatever on a long sleeved t-shirt?
