i was just on the sublux website and this was posted on the homepage:

On Wednesday August 11, Sublux owner Cody Raisig and Sublux designer Anthony Chavez were hit head-on by a drunk-driver. This years clothing is already coming in, and you will be able to order the new schwag upon the relaunch of subluxclothing.com within the next few weeks. Cody is still recovering at St. Anthony's hospital in Denver and should be released shortly. We at Sublux appologize for the delay in our production, yet are immensely appreciative of your support during this difficult time.

sublux IS NOT out of BC. cody lives in colorado. therefor he wouldn't run his business out of bc. he's in good spirits just sitting back healing.
