Subaru Mods

Anyone recommend the Stromung Catback? I am thinking about buying it, then I can always go stage 2 later on. Or my other option is buying an Cobb AP and then buying an exhaust.. But that'll give me a nice sound after a long time of raising money.

Nope pretty sure all dp's and Cobb ap's are going bankrupt.

Just put on the catless dp today....incredible performance gains and sick sound.

I can't go cat less since i live in mass... also then ill need a tune and don't feel like dropping a few hunneds on that..

I'm using the Cobb stage +Aem+ lwg duty cycle. No boost creep, and free from Cobb. Until I can afford a vf52 and headers i will have to sit out on a pro tune and just go with an ots map

I think I'm just going to buy the storming catback if it pairs with my stock down pipe. That way ill get great sound without a tune.

if you havent done the snorkus delete that is a free way to get some cool sounds (actually I don't even know on a forester but it works on an impreza)

w00t w00t!

Now you can run a map for whatever else you decide to do for your car. maximum efficiency w/o having to pay for a tune every time FTW!

I put these two bros in my subaru its much nicer now

Installed a turbo xs rfl 3" axelback that mounts to stock midpipe. Just bought a greddy tic 3" midpipe that mounts to stock downpipe. Also just bought wrx struts laced with tein lowering springs which I will be putting on soon. Stoked! Once I get the sti scoop painted my car will start coming together!

you know what you get when you put fancy new rims, a loud muffler, and a spoiler on any car?

a fart can with a loud muffler, fancy rims, and spoiler. It's so stupid. Dodge neons are a prime example. Don't turn a cool car into something stupid.

Honestly this is one of the dumbest things I've heard this week. Also, you just called a Dodge Neon a cool car.

Here's mine now:

As for performance all she has is the Invidia N1 catback. Since I'm starting college this fall I really don't have the money right now to continue with mods, but I have a Blouch 18g and massive TMIC in my possession. However, I'm probably just going to sell both of these, because if I'm going to upgrade the turbo, I'm going to do it right the first time. Next summer she'll probably be getting a gt35r on a rotated setup with an FMIC and supporting mods. Lowering springs are also going to get put on soon.

Woah there buddy.. Im putting a full three inch exhaust on to help reduce rear pressure. It's a high performance exhaust, not a little loud muffler. Also, my car does not have a spoiler. I am not turning it into something stupid. Obviously you know little about high performance cars or how to mod anything.

All show, no go. Why don't you worry more about performance before throwing on new wheels, suspension, seats, etc?. No wonder you thought the other kid was stupid. You're a fucking ricer.

I paid A LOT of money for my winter tires and wanted some summer wheels so I wouldn't wear them out when they don't need to be. Paid 200 for the wheels/tires. Seats were a direct trade with my stock WRX seats. Grill was a direct trade with stock grill. Lowering springs aren't as expensive as you may think.

My car will be sitting getting unused for a year...I don't think I'm in a rush to get everything done. And like I said, next summer I'll be running a gt35r in that. That's a REALLY big turbo if you didn't know.

Haha, what "modding" have you done so far? Mud flaps? And calling a forrester a high performance car? Get real. You drive the car that 90% of all lesbians own. Nothing you do to the car will ever make it "high performance"

Sure thing. I automatically assume you are a huge douche popsicle because you put stickers that say "illest" at an obscure angle on your back window. You have mudflaps on your car, yet it will drive on pavement 99.6% of the time. It's probably an automatic.

See the SLIGHT difference there?

Get the fuck out of here, kid. I think the kids down the street need a ride to soccer practice.

Haha I'm sorry you got that impression of me. But I actually rally this car on hard packed mud trails almost every day. It will be stage 2+ within the next month or when funds are present. I also happen to need the space of the forester.

Woah lets hold up.. I never said mine was a high performance car. I'm 16 and obviously can't fully mod my car. However I'm getting there.. It'll be stage 2 and will be on upgraded suspension. That's all I want to do to it. No need to get all pissy here big cat. I just sent you that to show how foresters are high performance cars. They are sleepers, everyone knows that.
