How many people think that Style is needed more then big spins?

I think there needs to be a balance. A big 180 is nice but not nice enough in my opinion. A dspin 1080 is nicec but not nice enough in my opinion. A switch, cork, floated, safety, 540 is perfect in my opinion.

yeah, the best tricks combine technical difficulty with style. I say that after 900, you start to lose style. Take a look at johnsons 120ft bio 9 toxic, thats a perfect balance.

i dunno, a switch d spin 1080 is pretty crazy, but those are rare, so i dunno, just a good spin with a lot of syle is good, but huge spins rally cant have stylecause its all spinning., meh, is im just gonna also sayabalance between the two

Oh yeah, i forgot about crichtons HUGE and SICK alley oop flatspin 5. Shit, that was awesome, and 1 reason why u don't have to huck like a lumberjack in high-heels to look good.

over 900 looks like figure skating to me.

i didn't come here with pants, and i'm not leaving with pants

I think Crs gotten good at balancing it. Even his 1260s look nice. He adds a nice grab in there and bios it a bit. Although I still think 1260 is too much, he does manage to style them out quit nicely.

Well said, there needs to be a well balanced mix of the two.

There needs to be style, doing something your own way with your own flavor.

Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Ski.

to make a high spinning trick look good you should go bigger. you need air time to make things look good. it's all about confidence.

how fast you spin it, style definately. its easy to impress someone who is unaware (a poser for example) with a big spin but im at the park and i see a guy huck for a 7 and just make it with no grab or cross or anything then a guy goes and floats a 3 and tweaks the hell out of it i would be way more impressed.

i am a lot more impressed by a huge spin. Style is important but it takes so much more balls to do a huge trick. You have to land the trick before you can style it out.

My girlfriend told me to shove my skis up my ass

if you can do big spins with style then your all set

changing the stereotype of skiiers one jib at a time

skiing is just like sex. when its good, its goooooood. and when its not so good, its still pretty good.

im tired of the mother fucking jacket!

big spins look cool but a really smooth slow 540 with a sweet grab is amazing to see

friend: You want a piece of garlic bread?

me: no thanks,im not a vampire.
