This is my 2 cents on style please reply with comments good and bad.....
I have only been skiing for really one full year and i have noticed all this style discussion and im jsut stating my opinion on style.... this is just an opinon and you dont have to agree with me..... i think the reason people are skiing with gorilla or other styles style is becuase people are starting to ski for themselves... since newschool is fairly new people are still afraid of making big steps in the sport and when someone does make a diffrence people think its either cool or stupid... the people that think its stupid care what other people think and dont want to look funny.... the bottom line is that tanner is doing his own thing and skiing for himself and hes not afraid of what people think.... people that make changes in there tricks/image/style/attitude dont care if thay look stupid becuase they have nothing to loose.... i wear a doo rag and listent to hip hop music and i very rarely ski forwards i love fakie riding and if you knew me you would know thay .... why? because its my unique style and i dont give a fuck what people think... some people realize that im doing my own thing and going against the grain and they respect that but some people think its gay and they have to have there armadas becuase there 'cool' and they have to have there oakley gear becuase 'its cool' and all this shit.... its there style but if your not being true to what you really believe in then your style isnt unique.... some people might have oakley gear and armadas becuase they really believe those are the products that define there style and i respect that.... im getting some goggles that no one has becuase im helping out a friend and im wearing clothes with no name brands becuse they were on sale my style doesnt have a name such as 'gorilla' its just unique.... i hope you all have your own unique style and im just saying that i hope you stay true to that and 'DONT IMITATE, ORIGINATE' thanks alot guys i just needed to vent... i would have put it in as an article but i wanted people to reply.... i dont care if you dont agree with me i want all of you to post your own opinions, thanks alot guys pz
