It is a die cut. Peel the whole sticker off and stick it on the helmet and then press on the sticker and pat it down then rip off the clear sticker part and the colored part will stay behind!

Theres two clear layers, and the diecut is in between. Peel the back clear layer off, press the diecut around and then peel the front clear layer off

Just make sure to keep the sticky clear part on top of the sticker attached. It keeps the sticker protected.
