Stupid Ski techs.

ok so i picked my skis up from getting mounted today. I went to work right after when i get home i go to check my skis out and i noticed one of the brakes were loose. So i take it off. I figured the tech didn't get it in there just right, so as i look i realize that the had bent the little prongs under it that attach to the heel piece so i bend them back. When i put the brakes back on i couldnt tighten them in. The screw would go half way in. So i start to get mad. I grab an extra pair of bindings i had laying around and i took the brakes off. Here the tech had used a mounting screw to put my brakes on and it left a hole in my skis because it was too long. Now im just pissed so i fixed everything and if it wasnt 11 oclock id go to the shop and bitch him out. Im going first thing tomorrow. Heres the pictures of the screws (longest one was used to hold brakes in shortest was the one he was supposed to use penny is for comparison)

I dont really care about the time it just pisses me off that the douchebag ski tech just took a chunk out of my skis because hes dumb as shit.

well atleast they mounted yours right. i asked for my skis to be mounted 2 cm back from center and im pretty sure the were 2 cm back from recommended.

if your taking it to just like a general shop that does rentals and shit you really need to measure it and mark it because they don't really care..it also helps to talk to the tech

but core shops will almost always get it right

it was written on the ticket that i wanted it 2 cm behind center.

yeah but those guys don't really care, they just read the 2 back and then pretty much do what they want..I don't really trust them
