so i was playing the busted law quiz on mtv.com and i came across some interesting/stupid laws...but i saw this one and has to start a threat.....and yea i used the searchbar and i only came up with one other thread from like 2 years ago...and this law wasnt on there

In Oregon It is only illegal to buy or sell marijuana, but it is legal to smoke on your own property.

some other funny ones

In Alabama You may pick your nose but it is illegal to 'flick boogers into the wind'.

In Massachusetts A gorilla is allowed in a car, but it is illegal for it to be in the back seat.
 
i don't understand why it's illegal to kill people but not beetles...who comes up with these fucking laws anyways?
 
in some place i heard if you steal a bar of soap you have to wash yourself with the soap until it s gone for your punishment

In West Virginia it's legal to buy and sell marijuana, but it is illegal to smoke it.
 
taking my license away for 3 monthes for driving my friend to the gym and then taking away another kids license for a monthe for DUI and having a car full of drunk kids.

ha in montana its legal to shoot a native if they are chasing you.

that is actually still a law....i wouldnt try it tho
 
1. im sure theres a lot more to the story than you driving your friend to the gym

2. your friend should get his licensed pulled for driving drunk with a car full of his friends. are you fucking retarded or something?
