Hey guys i am from Slovenia this is a country near Italy and i am wondering if there are chances to come up there and to search for the work and to study on sport faculty. Is it hard to get work in whistler? I am downhiller and freestyle skier and i compete on worldcups in downhill and started to do opens in freestyle skiing.

any information?
 
Its not hard at all to get a job in whistler, but actually "making money" thats a different issue since most of it goes to rent/booze. On the topic of making it freestyling from a racing background... there's a lot of competition out here as far as that goes. When were you last racing world cup? I'm still ski racing, doing nor-ams, pontiac/GMC cup stuff. Nationals are here at whistler this march too..

but i want to freestyle ski. i think no problem for that. But waht kind of jobs are there and schools. iam only 19
 
there is the question of whether u can get a work visa being from a non-NAFTA/Commonwealth/western nation... theres always under the table jobs however... construction, dishwashing, babysitting, cooking etc.
