Student rapes special ed student at my school

Absolutely disgusting and despicable.

while I agree that not every sex offender is as entirely deserving as this guy, he especially deserves to be shut in a small box and rot for the rest of eternity.

If that kid went to my school, and people got word of that kind of deal...
 
what needs to happen is the age of consent lowered to like 15 so kids stop getting grouped in with the creepy fucks like this. Also they should bring in intent with classifying these guys, the guy whose wife decided to go psycho is way different then the guy that forcibly rapes someone.

Also girls need to learn to take accountability for their actions and quit calling rape every time they make a mistake, because it takes at least two too tango.

Yea, Im not saying for those. But for those where a girl fucks someone a little below her and calls rape to avoid being labeled a slut and gets her little innocence back while destroying some one else's life.

And anyways with a doctor's examination they can quite often tell if there was consent or if it was forced penetration.
 
whats really weird is that me and a lot of people at my school aren't that angry about it. today was a completely normal day at school other than getting a letter from the principal handed out.

maybe its because everyone knew the guy and most people have no idea who this girl was, and don't know what kind of emotional state she is in right now. so instead of people feeling incredibly bad for this girl, most people's reactions are "damn jose what the fuck"

also its just so ridiculous its kind of hard to take in

another note, is that nobody ever felt threatened by this guy he was short and fat and nice to most people. and i don't think he could have done this to anyone but a special needs student that was much younger than him
