Strong kid in my school

there was a lifting competition this past weekend for people around my area(prolly all from my schools section and any lower since we are the highest) and a sophomore in my school won the comp against almost all seniors. He benched 315, squatted 405, and cleaned 225. and yeah hes in my grade, 15 years old, about 5'7" and prolly around 170lbs. haha looks like a turtle, but daaaamn hes strong, every1 knows he is, started as a center as a frosh on varsity ftball cause hes just amazing. anyone know people that can lift like this and are so young?

Theyres tons of really strong kids in my school. Theres like a bunch of them obsessed. Its weird sometimes, its funny though because they carry around gallon water jugs everywhere. We know what that means>

not really? they get thirst from the steroids?

But I do not for a fact several guys at my school that took roids

being jacked is over rated. work on something that matters like your heart rate and endurance.

most athletes do this at my school, because they are lifint and working out a lot, which means you lose a lot of water, meaning you can't be dehydrated. Also if you are on creatine, or NO2, then it is imparitive that you have a lot of water in your system. So idk what you are trying to imply here

was that in the suburban council? cause im from toga and mad kids in my school are muscle heads and go to that shit

there really isnt anyone like that in my school. our strongest sophmore can probably bench like 200, and he is pretty big. i know that a few years ago pretty much the whole football team took steroids, not sure about since then though. i cant think of who the strongest kid in my school is, but right now im thinking it is a senior who weighs like 140 but is all muscle.

oh yeah, i wouldnt expect that kid to grow anymore

4th in canada. he won junior nationals in the US last year I think but they wouldnt give him the medal because he has dual citizenship with canada and US

Word man so true. There is this kid on teh football team here who is a junior, is on steroids and creatine and all that shit, yet he isn't even really that good. He came out for track this year, he can barely jump and isn't all that fast. This is what is wrong with America's youth. By healthy, they only think of lifting and forget about the rest of your body and other areas of fitness, which in the long run are much more important

i took a semester of weightlifting and it was stupid. now im in "lifetime activities" and all we do is play dodgeball and badminton.

hes not dumb, hes no smart ass, just an average student

no creatine or steriods, all muscles and natural body, doesnt bring a huge water bottle around or anythin, started working out between 6th n 7th grade

and yeah it was suburban council to whoever said that, a kid from ur school i heard (saratoga that is) benched 330 but his ass lifted off so it didnt count, then they strapped him down n he tried 340 but couldnt get it

by the time hes a senior i think he might hit 500 bench, hes got 2 seasons of ftball, 2 of wrestling, and 3 of lacrosse and 2 summers, i think hel deff hit 450 bench, possibly 500

as for squat, who knows where hel go, maybe 600, maybe more i dunno

but yeah basically hes nuts at liftin haha

i squat 285 max n going for 300 tomorrow but yeah he benches more then i squat so i just suck

Did I say it was illegal? No. You are completely missing the point. The point isn't what the government says is allowed or not, the point is that so many kids today are so focused on "getting huge" or "getting jacked" that they are taking unnatural amounts of substances simply to get that "huge" look. But, in the long run, they are really doing nothing for themselves. So what, you can lay down and push 300 pounds off your chest? greeeeaaaattt! When are you ever ever going to need that? Surely not on a day to day basis. Maybe like once a year IF that. Most high school and college age kids today, hell most people in teh US today should do more aerobic exercises. You have to walk somewhere every day. It is practical.

our running back benches 360 squats 510 and cleans 275 and if you want to be successful in any competative sport, you pretty much have to lift. Guys like Bode probably squat way over 500 pounds.

long lean muscles are way better than being jacked...especially from a soccer standpoint....im not like promoting modeling but models make a ton of money and they have long lean muscles theyre hardly ever bulging with muscle

A kid in my school set the AZ state record for bench, clean, and squat for his weight. He was a 5'6'' junior weighing about 145. He benched 315, squated 455, and cleaned 255. Crazy strong for his size. No roids or supplements, just natural strength and hardwork.

some kid at my school broke some record back when he was really young like 6th grade or something... hes really short but really built..

That's nuts, but a kid in my grade was actually told to stop working out by his doctor due to the fact that he was getting stretch marks and he never touched a steroid in his life. He pinned a kid in wrestling in under 8 seconds.

Damn, that's intense. That kid must live in the weight room. If I didn't party and have a girlfriend I might get to the weight room consistantly and acctually get to where I need to be for football next year......

one of my best friends puts numbers like these up and other than soccer workouts he doesnt lift weights...he just lives on a farm
