do you guys(girls to) stretch before u go skiing??? and like is there a specific stretch to help prevent with shin splints or your legs alot?
 
uhh yes there is u nub nut fuck face nutzor... its called strengthen and strech ur calfs and shit
 
^^^^ya you have a person bend your foot abck whilke you pull in and that helps prevent shin splints we do it on cross country
 
yes i strech before, and if i remember, afterwards too. its a good idea to get rid of the lactic acid you have built up. i dont know why you wouldnt.
 
dude ACLs blow because of tight hamstrings! easily avoidable so stretch them every time. do it even on the hill just by liftin one ski as if your showin off yr bases then leaning into that knee. if your gonna take some hits then do a proper warm up i reckon...but i'm an old cunt
 
Stretching is the most important part of skiing, besides skiing itself. By stretching you greatly reduce your chances of injuring yourself. Answer is: yes I do stretch before and after I ski...

note: your not as sore afterwards as well
 
stretching your quads and hammies is crucial man. def take the time to do it before/after throwin down. your knees will thank you later
