id say if theres any one thing your going to stretch make it your hamstrings. the best way I've found is to lie on your back and put a rope around your foot, and lift your leg up with it as far as you can while keeping your leg straight. you can also pull it from side to side. just reaching down and touching your toes normally stretches your lower back more than anything in a way that doesn't really help.
quads, glutes, hip flexors, calfs, and shoulders are good places to focus on as well
