work out, ski, sometimes smoke a cig they really help the stress go down, also any drug or alchol will work but try to stay away, sometimes ill just get in the car and go drive with some of my favorite chill music and just ride and think about things, i tend to just think about my life and whast next, and what i want to do, so u may wanna try a drive, or sometimes a walk helps or a hike on your favorite trail....just anything that calms u down should work....
