Streetracing

yeah its usually on deserted roads around 1-5 in the morning... trust

me, not many crashes man, not that worth it to people because its never

over money its always for fun between people you usually race all the time. that fast and the furious scenario crap is just hollywood bullshit.

as for the seattle races, they're actually in kent. which isnt in seattle but its a bit south, not far. more around southcenter but it actually IS kent. they meet up around the gas stations, for obvious reasons. its pretty rediculous though as far as the amont of tuned cars... and theres cops everywhere theres just nothing they can do about it... always happens on nights that its not wet... because people arent stupid, to respond to the previous comments... its usually a blown clutch or a cracked header / valve etc that causes the problems... ive never seen crashes.
 
I know man, I live in seattle. I offroad around renton in farmland. my buddies street race along the main hill down around pier 69 really late at night and nobody cares.
 
Haha yeah we used to go to the Kent races all the time. It really depends though. The first time I ever went there were actually some pretty cool cars. Like a dope ass turboed show 350 and shit. But most of the time its just regular people hanging out/beans cars racing around.
 
meh, i drive a WRX, so i get dumbass civics and mustangs that always rev at me at stoplights and shit.

i never streetrace though. shit's stupid in my opinion. definitely not worth the risk.

if you want to race your car go to a track! much more fun.
 
i always rev my 1994 volvo s-40 turbo stationwagon at stoplights and then proceed to burn the rice rocket weilding asian streetracer next me

I agree with you to a point. But as long as you've got fast accurate shits and a nice takeoff. Any 15-16 second 1/4 mile car can take on a 13 second car with a shitty driver.
 
when im in my friends saturn,fully loaded with streetglow stickers and such, at stoplights he revs his engine at whoevers next to us adn then gets litup by the soccermom in her minivan
 
street racings only stupid when its spoiled fags doing it

some kids were racing a couple blocks away from my house and reemed a taxi driver, didn't turn out good
