No way man its not about being in shape this is just for fun. But it improves your coordination by like 300% Its not some lame execise thing, my friend Brinton (the 5 time world champ) can do rodeo 900's, Backside 270 to bs lip on like tenstair handrails, switch 540's down 14 stairs. It is super cool.

He doesnt snowboard. He does all that on a streetboard. Snakeboarding is the name of a company not the sport and yes you are strapped in that is a realy crappy picture. His name is Brinton Gunderson he is the 5 time world champion streetboarder. He is a pro skiboarder, and skier and even has his own pro model skiboard for some company. He ownes Frontal Boarding Ind. and is co-owner of Dimension Streetboards, type his name in any search engine and you will get like 300 diffrent things. Anyway if you can streetboard you will allways know where your feet are, so it makes everything easier to land. For real everyone should do this it rules.
