Go drive an autocross, where you still need to do every single one of those things you said, but also have a perfectly tuned suspension, and an inate sense of balance of the car, and knowing how to make that 3rd to 2nd downshift without throwing the balance of the car. Knowing how to threshold brake at 100%, and the exact moment to turn-in, at the exact correct speed to maximize you're speed throughtout the course, and just simply reading the course and picking your line.
