Get a chip before you get a bigger turbo. I think my 12v might walk you with basically a stock 1.8t. jk,

look into GIAC, REVO, Dahlback, or Tapp(if you wanna run 93 octane with a bigger turbo later on)

As for the guy with the SRT-4, I personally do not condone street racing and am not a huge fan of drag racing, but I have seen some seriously sick SRT-4's so I have some respect for properly moded ones, which your seems to be. More power to you and anything in Stage 3 is pretty BA. my mechanic has an S4 that puts down about 450AWHP, so I think I can kind of relate to the kind of power you have (I've been privileged with a ride once), and all I can say is that it moved like no other, so you are a lucky guy.

 
Neon's are JDM wannbee's. I hate them with a passion. They aren't even good looking, and they remind me of VW Bug's.

Go out and find yourself a cheap Honda, and swap it out.

its the fact that theres no need to keep repeating yourself, everyone has there own opinions and stuff that they like. personally, i would never drive a crx because its not practical. so what if this guy likes neons, do you think that if you bash on it enough and hype up your crxs he will buy one? would that make you happy?

Guy is Boise has a turbo fiesta..freaking quick and kind of funny.

Everyone keeps talking about wrx's..they cost a lot to make fast motor can only hold 15 pounds of boost on stock internals..boost controller will cause the motor to spike and blow.

Wagons are sick though guy at idaho speed center has one that runs 10's and his daily driver...

Im not even fond of srt-4;s but the amount of unfounded hate in this thread is retarded. I realize they have typical shitty domestic car's interiors, and they have cutesy, un-hetero styling, but they are legitimately quick.

Pretty sure srt-4's come from the factory turbos buddy. Do you even know what an srt-4 is? That's what half of this thread os talking about.

hmmmm so you have an american shit box congradulations a golf r32 or gti would own that on a track any day and not only that but it looks better and is more pratical. and crx's arent good sure there fast and all but you look like a ricer fag for driving one with any modifaction.
 
r32's are definitly sick, but much more expensive than an srt-4. even a gti of the same year costs a good bit more than what the srt's retailed for. not really a good comparison. especailly if you took the difference in price and dumped that cash into the srt. the bang for the buck factor of the srt-4 is pretty damn good.

and yeah i cant stand crx's they are the biggest piece of shits ever,  they are pretty much a ricer specific car,   i always see ricer mexicans driving them around with shitty body kits that are cracking and retarded wings and lights and shit,  sure they are like 5000, which is way cheap, but for 5000 you can get a porsche 914/916, audi 90, mercedes 190e, old rx7's, etc. which are all amazing well built cars, with great track performance,  crx's are piece of shit tin cans made to go straight and look like a piece of poop.
 
You haven't learned, have you. Please don't kill anyone but yourself, I don't care what you say don't race on public roads. Racetracks are for that sole purpose. And this thread has way too much bragging about whatever car is cooler than whatever car, and I don't give a shit.

92 is the year to get better then 91 93 has weak tranny's...i guess you need to get a early year of 92 like built from 9-91 6-92.

guy in town has one that runs like 9.2 at 150 some crap like that.

car is sooo sick and easy to make fast..

in his case it turned out to be like 40,000 dollars to get to 9 second runs.

whats sick about it this car is his daily driver

yeah seriously,  i watched an accident happen in real life where some dumbass like the guy that started this thread and most the fags here talking about how badass street racing makes them, crashed into a pole splitting the car in half, caught on fire and killed his girlfriend, his girlfriends little sister, and him.  street racing is fucking retarded, these faggots spend thousands of dollars on piece of shit cars, pretty much just so they can look cool.  when all its doing is making them look stupid for driving around gay cars and somehow getting a "rush" out of something thats boring even to normal people.   

i dont care what kind of car you have or how fast your shit mobile is, if you use it to street race, that makes it gay.

seriously, go to a track! do something more than go straight, lean to brake, corner, pass, downshift, etc... learn to actually drive!  i promise it is much more fun, and you will get a way bigger rush out of it, and it actually takes skill.  hell even if your just drag racing, go to a track, you wont be killing non retarded people like yourself that deserve to live.  if you have to street race do it far away from anyone else and off a cliff, because you and your shitty car are a waste of space.
 
Wow that GT4202 is a HUGE turbo. What kind of lag does it have. I don't know much about the GT40series but I gotta imagine that thing has some lag, I mean it can inhale a small child by the size of it.
 
i know a guy that wanted to race my buddies srt with the 50 trim, talon had the same size of turbo...anyways my buddy had him up to 120 and they the talon took off...

sooo a lot lag in that turbo..but gotta expect that the gt4202 turbo will eat a bird.
