Who does stretches, warm ups or works out to improve their skiing and what do ya do?

ive never stretched or did like a 'warm up run' ever... i just go up and ski, its not like im opposed to it, just that i dont do it

run upt he mountain 50 meters as fast as you can and then stretch you neck, stomach, quads, lower back, hammies, and ass while you still warm. do some arm motion so you don't dislocate your shoulder, and swing your legs back and forth the get some blood in them.

 
I made like 5 articles on stretching. check them out and ignore nine milla whatevers article.

the above posts speak words of wisdom. streatching helps me more at the end of the day. If I don't stretch, then I am sore and stiff for the next couple of days. If I warm up and cool down, then I am not so sore. and read nine milla's article. t is also full of seldom heard wisdom

I've found that if i stretch, i'm a WAY better skier during my first couple runs. I find i don't really need 'warm up' runs...i can just go hard of the start. But i'm lazy and don't really do them all the time.
