Streching tees

can i get some help streching tees

all i do is splash it with water then iron it

is this the only way or is there a better way

step on the bottom of it, put it on a clothes hanger and pull real hard on the shoulders so u dont stretch out the neck

wash it, then just stretch it and let it dry in that position. make sure its wet.
