Streching before skiing?

it makes such a huge difference at the end of the day, it is well worth the extra 5 minutes it takes. especially when you hit like 25.

yeah i stretch all the time at the top of the lift before first run stretch all the muscles in the leg and get your arms and torso stretched. like billy said it helps once you start getting old too.

you really should stretch before you put your boots on so you can stretch your ankles so you dont hurt your achillies or any of the other tendons in your foot - speaking from experience

YOGA YOGA YOGA

How do you think dumont is pulling truck drivers 20-feet out? Yoga

Many (you would be suprised how many) pros do yoga....I would venture to guess the majority of professional skiers over 25 take yoga classes....

me? Bikram 6am three days a week, never felt better or recovered faster from falls

PLUS - yoga girls a hot

dude i stretched before skiing the other day... problly the first time i have.... i could do rockets and truck drivers wayyy easier and buttering was like..... super duper easy. it helps trust me.

I try to stretch every time i ski, i usualy get a couple mins in but its best to get like 5-10 mins of stretching, it helps so much.

i take usually a warm up run, just going through park nice and fast, hitting some easier rails, then i stretch, and hop on the lift again

I was told that stretching before everytime you go out and ski is all for the better so I'm going to have to try and remember that.
