STRATTON'S PARK IS AMAZING

what's this "park pass"? you get tested to be allowed in the park? sounds like a good idea if that's what it is...more mtns should do that.

 
I hit that park all last weekend and its so ballin'. The rails/boxes are weak but the jumps are so smooth it doesn't matter.
 
I went today and it was soo good. It goes 2 real nice jumps to start off, then a choice of flat box or flat rail, then a big, wide rainbox box, then another decent sized jump. Then a choice of a down rail or flat down box, or you can hit the 3 jumps in a row. There is also the bus jib and then the roller coaster box to finish it off. Landings are soo smooth, jumps have such nice pop and the whole park has great flow

byrnside also opended today and had a pretty decent jump, then a flat box with a gap to a down box, but there was a big gap to get on to the flat box. There was then a hip and a medium sized wallride to finish it off, it was ok I suppose
 
SoVT. Thank you guys for all the props and feedback. While building that stuff is fun for us it's way more fun to hear you guys are lovin it. Keep up the good word and we will be able to build more killer sh*t! Hell, call the Mtn and tell em' you like it, write an email to the GM and say "it rocks." Either way, word will get through to the corp. execs' and we will be able to do some amazing stuff in the future. This is just the beginning...

All I can say right now is that it will be on Suntanner. We are getting a new feature in this week and are waiting till it's here to decide if we are using it for the comp. It will def be a box/rail jam, possibly a 2 feature jibstyle. As far as I know the registration should already be open and on active.com. Price is $25.

Event Schedule: Bib Pick Up: 8:00-9:00 in the overflow cafeteria in the main base lodge Practice (14 and under) 9:00-10:00 a.m. Rail Jam (14 and under) 10:00-11:30 a.m.

Practice (15 and over) 12:30-1:30 p.m. Rail Jam (15 and over) 1:30-3:30 p.m.

 
Yeah, a staircase would be dope! Unfortunately the wood from those steps was burnt 2 yrs ago, before we got on the scene. Suntanner will def still be open during the comp. CW set up for Sat will be above/near the mushroom hut.
 
well when they say mushroom hit im thinkinh the SES hut at mid mountain...but i dunno where they would put it

im a full supporter of stratton they are just gay and want money
 
i pray cold wars is on one of the many sick rails that stratton has stored away and not on some box that everyone will try to spin to win on

 
you probably can. i ve never been to a rail jam that u havent been able to. i think u could at the last cold wars too
 
sick dudes!!! ill be there right about the time they close it off for the open! GNARRRRR. shitty yo, oh well the other 2 parks are ok...
