Strange situations at work

So basically I am a sophomore in highschool, and I work at a movie theatre. Everyone I work with are huge drug addicts, including my bosses. I don't smoke or do any of that shit. A few times while we are taking the trash out to the compactor and that type of thing when I am with a manager they go to there car and start smoking weed, so I do to just cus I don't want to seem like someone they can't trust. But weed is one thing when they start doing crack and ecstacy and shit I really really don't want to do that, what do I say so that my managers can still trust me but I don't end up turning into a big time drug addict?
 
Just be like, yo man you can do what you want I'm cool with it, I just don't feel comfortable doing that right now you know? It's just a personal preference
 
or say that you have an addictive personality, like you have relatives that died from drug use or something..
 
i cant believe that you "have" to smoke with them to "trust" you. that is just pathetic. your just folding into peer pressure. i would tell them straight up you dont want to do drugs, and if they keep asking tell them off and let them know your aint fucking around.
 
if they fire you you can narc 'em out, who cares if thats gay fuck those fuckers, doing E an shit at work is for skids
 
1. call the cops and tell them to sit outside the theater or something

2. get them fired

3. you become manager and make more money

Would just being around them cause you to inadvertently take drugs? If they offer, just say no, it's not like they are going to stab you. But if they are going to stab you, you should probably tell someone.

don't get peer pressured into it, do what you're comfortable doing. don't do crack and ecstasy, it's retarded. you're only a sophmore, what are you, like 16, 17? it's too young to do the heavy shit, it's more important to do what's right and healthy and to be comfortable than to be trusted by a bunch of dirtbags doing ecstasy in their car outside a movie theater. if they're people you want trusting you, they'll respect your choice and will leave you alone, otherwise get a different job

yo if your managers are down with smoking at work i think its time you pick up a new hobby if you get what i mean.

if you dont get what i mean, smoke with them, but only try it on your own to find out if you're one of those people who are annoying when you're high, because if you are you might as well tell them you are annoying when you are high. and have they even offered it to you, i dont remember what you said in your post, and dont worry about crack and e, they aren't going to do that shit at your work. noob.
 
Yea this movie theater is really fucked up, I go there and all the employees are whack...Matt is my good friend and he is definitely not to the kid to do this. Matt tell the bitch face manager patty about it, and fuck up everyone, and he cant become manager at 16 because this is a corporate company.
 
go jackie chan on they asses then steal popcorn when nobodys looking then make your way to the candy shelf then get some snowcaps or gummy worms then pour popcorn butter all over your body then pee on the manager you jackie channed then if theres any witnesses throw the gummy bears at them then maybe hit them with a roundhouse kick then run away!

umm did saying no seriously not occur to you? it's really not that hard to be like no man I'm all set. And if these people actually aren't chill with you saying no then go ahead and rat em out and take their job because that would be gay, but they probably wont give a shit they probably just offer it to you to be polite.
 
Why do you need to gain their trust? Are they worth it? No. They're not. And it's not worth your job, or your reputation to feed into peer pressure. If they don't trust you, that's their fault. They're getting high at work, in a car, out back. It'll bite them in the ass one day. And there's no reason you should have to go down too.

If it becomes a serious issue, then you need to take it to your manager. Do what's right for you, not them.

 
I highly doubt they'd think you're untrustworthy for saying no to crack or x, it's not uncommon the slightest bit. if not, so many excuses will work.
 
I just realized you said your manager does it too. That's retarded. Wow. How old are they? Who has seniority on them?

You should just find a new job.
 
tell them to eat a dick. i mean you work at a movie theater that doesnt sound like the greatest of jobs, so if you think u gotta start doing crack to keep this job then quit and find a job that doesnt involve lighting up on breaktime
