they dont have any of these types a people where i live...people drink if they want to, and not drink if they dont want to. its personal opinion and no one cares if you do or dont. if you have to claim that you dont drink or do drugs to prove a point then thats just really dumb, just dont do it, dont bitch at people, dont say others are doing wrong, just shut the fuck up and dont drink. theres no need for claimage on either end. im really glad straight edge people arent around me, and im really glad there arent people that shove alcohol in your face around me, damn.

ya no kidding, personally, i dont smoke or drink, i can honestly say im almost 17 and ive never tried either, my dads an alcoholic thats an asshole so thats probably why, but im not opposed to it, when im in college and i feel like i actually want to im gonna do whatever the fuck i want. but as of right now im having all the fun in the world trampin it up with my friends.
anyway, yes "straight edge" is gay. if you wanna be sober than be sober, but dont be dumb about it

hm well i'm pretty sure that the word christianity comes from christ. i could be wrong, but i really dont think i am. this would mean that christians are indeed religious, (believing & following teachings of christ and god) and any christian who hates religion is really fucking stupid.

i know what you mean when you say 'smoking' but i find i do more shit when im drunk. Hanging out with stoners when you wanna go do shit though is probably the worst thing ever. I have so many great drunk adventure stories its not even funny. but ive actually stopped drinking for a bit just to get my health back and start bodybuilding again

relax. straight edge isn't about preaching to people, about joining a gang and beating people up, or about being christian/religious.
all the edge kids I know are super chill, but the media kind of hypes up the few incidents of *gang* violence, which usually happen where there are straight edge *gangs* and not just groups of friends.

Hello, some of the most hardcore people I have ever met have been straight edge, they are fucken crazy and get off on that. I understand the how annoying it is when people get after you about your choices, but they are just assholes, let them be and go about doing what you want. Making fun or getting after a straight edge person, is just as lame. Let it be live your life and make your own choices.
