don't care if this is a repost but this needs to be said. Stowe on saturday Feb 25 2012 was quite possibly one of the best powder days i have ever had in any location, east or west.

Driving back from Stowe yesterday morning was rediculious. South of mile 74 the visibility was under 300 feet and the only pavement to be seen was we're cars had driven. North of mile 74 was unlimited visibility and a clear road.

so fucking pissed. i was there with my ski club through school (i live in pittsburgh) on thursday and friday..missed the storm by one day adjfkladhfaknle;j ajdio FUCK

... I'm still punching myself for not waiting a week. I went last weekend because the assholes at my school cancelled our break and the skiing absolutely sucked. It was shear ice. They opened Goat and it was the absolute worst trail condition I have ever seen. I live in ct and yes, we only have had like 2 inches of snow. Whenever it snows, it rains after. Im seriously thinking of moving.

im proud to say i skied smuggs the last 4 days and they were all great except sat and sun were unreal. 36 in the last 36 hours, i was taking face shots all day long

is it weird that east coast pow video gets me just as, if not more stoked than west coast shots? my favorite strictly pow seggy are the ones from Wanderland.

So...Pics/vid or it never happened OP!!!

Dude I woke up at 7am to shred that morning beyond stoked. ended up sitting in a parking lot right before entering stowe from 8am till 11:30 in a broker down car. Although, when I go there it was the most amazing day ever. I took a few laps through tyro at the end of the day and there were easily 1 foot pow landings on each rail ahh it was so beautiful.

jay got a little bit more snow so I stayed up there saturday night after being snowed in. might have been the best pow I've ever skied on the east coast

was at killington, they got about a foot. nothing huge like stowe, but for a CNYer like me, it was some damn good tree skiing. 10/10 would ski again

heres a pic in the chin clip woods.

it was FUCKING EPIC. Most snow I've ever skied on the east coast.

a few of my buds had go pros on so I'm sure there will be edits surfacing up in the following week. everyones still trying to scramble to find all of the untouched

People are pumped they got some snow. Just leave it at that, you dont have try an be a dick about it. Everybody knows Wolf Creek gets a ton of snow. I guess its so small that it does fit in on an East Coast thread.

I'm just joking guy. I know the pain their pain. I just moved out to colorado from new york a month ago. I haven't gotten to go skiing yet in CO though. This season is over for me

NY was in terrible shape when i left. My home mountain was 50% open. I'm looking forward to seeing some footy

Jay was fucking amazing on Saturday, I tried to drive there and couldn't make it so my buddy and I parked the car along the road and hitched a ride to the mountain. I wasn't missing out on 28in of perfect pow.

thats what im saying, i spent all morning in chin, then went to tusk? my friend took me there it was wild then when right back to chin for like the last 5 laps

Jay was unreal on saturday easily the deepest day of my life, got up at 4 to drive for first tracks. The dip was waist deep on me and i'm 6'5.
