I am going to stowe next week for ski trip and looks like a storm will be hitting hard at Northern, VT. I really haven't been able to ski any pow this year due to an injury. I wanna head up to mansfield, so can anyone point in the right direction as far as trails. I'm really up for anything. Everyone last year hyped up Goat but it kinda sucked, nothing challenging about it at all. I am going to leave wednesday but will be at bromley that day and stowe Thursday-Friday

I did an advanced search and couldn't find anyting if you can just post a link or something thanks

if you are willing to hike a few hours on the other side of mansfield theres a backcountry trail called teardrop, some really good powder up there.

youd have to leave early but its a really nice hike and some good riding.

you can find a trail map online somewhere im sure, i dont know it all too well ive only gone a few times.

ive never gotten to try myself but just ask a local, prolly the best/safest way to go. ive heard a good spot if ur not too familiar with the mountain is the teardrop or the hourglass, both coming down the chin (i think). u can take the gondola up and hike up the chin, saves u a shitload of hiking but also costs $90
