Stowe For Sale.

haha i laugh when some of you are saying like 7 figure numbers. my small ass mountain in CT is putting in a new triple chair, which will go up about a fifth of most of the lifts at Stowe, and that's more than $800,000. Stowe has been for sale for a while though, since late summer or early fall. I personally do not care for Stowe, its alright but there are other places that I would rather ski.
 
Every condo on the Spruce side sold within 72 hours of it's being put on the market. The mountain made money on that project. Outstanding debts on the condos, of which I'm sure there are some, are the responsibility of the homeowners not the mountain.
 
Discovery group could but it. they have some super high class areas and they could do it, but they would probably make it private if for some reason they did buy it
