Stowe and sugarbush and smugs

well right now you won't find much powder anywhere in VT (it's suppose to be in the high 30's tomorrow) and hasn't snowed in about a week. park wise here's the layout at stowe, I'm guessing on these dimensions by the way:

tyro (large park)

40ft urban down rail

20ft flat box to 40ft down box

table top jump

step down jump

step up jump

french pillar (barrel bonk)

Halfpipe:

superpipe (which is cut really well, but weather dependent as all pipes are)

c-box (more like an upper case u box that you can hit from either side)

butter pad (was better when it first went up as it's clearly hard to maintain/groom)

tree hip

wide box to drop to another wide box

guard rail box

North Slope:

3 jump lines, left and right hits (right side is slightly smaller and less poppy)

1st jump 10-15ft

2nd jump 20ft

3rd jump 20-25ft

tire jib

flat box

picnic table

hope that helps

damn stowe sounds fucking legit! smuggs has a pretty decent set up this year. they still suck at maintaining it unfortunately though.

The zone: 4 jump line. not sure on the dimensions of the jumps or anything but they all have a his and a her jump. the first one is small, second is legit size, third is bigger and the last one you need to skip the whole park to hit the big side. on the left of the jumps is a rail line, pretty sketchidly groomed might i add. but theyre having a slopestyle this weekend so they might get off their asses for once. it starts off with a non street style down box with a weird gap, to a flat down flat. then theres the cannon box which is really sick. a c box with a shitty jump on. a weird stall thing thats pretty cool and then the s box with an incredibly sketchy jump on. you wouldnt believe how carelessy its set up. the jump(which is more like a mogul) points away from the begining.

Birchrun: This is their medium park, their beginer park is a complete joke though i havnt even gone to see it yet this year. anyways birchrun is pretty fun, again they suck at setting shit up. choice between a flat box and a shitty 5 foot rail. after the box is a sketchy tire jib. and then a choice between a shitty kicker with no landing or a gay up butter box. then theres another 5 foot rail with 3 fucking posts??? wtf smuggs. or you can hit a ruffle pipe. terribly set up but you can hit it from the side so its pretty fun. and then theres a jump. or what used to be a jump because now theyve neglected it so much that its become a tiny lump of snow where the kick used to be. and then theres what used to be a fun tiny step up jump but they got lazy, never groomed it and now its turned into an icy jump where the kick is uneven and the landing always has a vagina in it. last but not least another flat box set up pretty much like the first one (smuggs built 3 of these for some reason, all exactly the same. fucking retards)

looks like they took the first jump and left the bigger side and put the box on the left side, but thats all i could see from the bottom when i was working

good sir, im afraid you are gravely mistaken about the size of many things. I would say take 7-10 feet off of everyone of your measurements and you have stowes park. I would be super pumped if they actually put decent sized jumps in that were built well. the only big one is the stepdown which is real scary.

Sugarbush is:Urban rail and boxJumpJump, HUGE!!!! cannonJump Urban rail, corregated pipeWallrideflat-down box, urban down-flat rail, urban railrainbow, battleshipurban in here somewherevery large jumpjibs

you fucking whiner, the jumps they have now are all well built. considering the step down being the biggest jump and hardly anyone hits it, i dont think they need jumps any bigger.
