So today in school I was in gym class laying down waiting to do sit-ups and this faggot that everyone hates comes up a sits next to me. At first he sat really close so i told him to move then he touched my leg so it told him to stop, he touched my head again I said stop, then touched my hand. I sat up and punched him in the face 3 or 4 times while I was doing it he defended himself by giving me tity-twisters (wtf?) then I stood up and kicked him in the ribs twice. Pretty much everyone in my school hates this kid and he finally got what he disevered. Oh and by the way this kids is a "basketball prodigy" according to his dad, but he couldn't defend himself from a 5'9" 120 kid (me). So after that happened I walked away and then got called to the office. I recieved 5 day in school suspension and I can't go to the prom. The kid whose been picking on me since he moved here has no punchment so far. The principle said the black eye and fat lip was enough. He's dad is a teacher at school and took him to the hospital for a black eye, and because his dad is a teacher he probably wont get any punishment. So they are thinking about charging assault against me and if he does I can get him for sexual harassment and assault. everyone in school after I did this was applauding me and giving me thumbs up (including teachers).

Sorry for the long read but all I wanted to know was what are some fun this to do during ISS?
 
damn good for you, kids a faggot you shoulda beat the fuck out of him for real though like not stopped till he was straight red. anyways there is nothing fun to do in ISS, you should of asked for like 3 days OSS or something...ISS feels like FOREVER.
 
I'm glad I did this because everyone has been wanting to do it forever and I asked for OSS and its still being negotiated. I feel really bad for the girl I was going to prom with but we are still gunna hang out before and after.

i have fucking kids like that who think they are the "shit" and then they just get teh shit beat out of them and its the funniest thing i think i haev ever seen

tell them that he was sexually harassing you. and be completely serious about it....like tell your parents and stuff, and threaten to sue the school.
 
My parents know about the whole thing and they know the kids they were proud of me. We aren't going to sue anyone because its a waste of money. My principal said it was sexual harassment because he touched my leg and my nipples, and anyways it gunna be fun calling him a sexual harasser lol
 
You should have just let it slide. Find him one night by himself when you're with your friends and beat the shit out him with hockey masks on. Then tell him if he ever touches you again, he will be dead.
 
You should sue the school if they don't lighten your punishment or if they don't give that other kid equal punishment.

did you just miss the part of the statement (that you actually quoted) where he said they weren't going to sue due to the (waste of) money involved in doing so?
 
That sucks man but good job. The suspension is reasonable but not going to prom is a bit much. Whatever, nothing really dope happens during prom, just go to the pre and after parties and its like you're not missing anything at all.
 
theres a kid at my school like that i always just talk shit to him and stuff and im just waiting for him to touch me first so i dont get in as much trouble, good for you though and you could probably get some sexual harrasment shit on him
 
I can't wait until school toamrrow he is going to get made fun of by everyone because of his huge black eye and that he went to the hospital for it. I think thats pretty good punishment. I'm fine with having ISS because its just as boring as any of my classes but the thing that pisses me off is that they took away prom for me. The funny thing is they can't take away prom from the other kid because he didn't have a date
 
dude i have one of thoes kids at my school...he knocked my books outta my hands and i was about to punch him then my LA teacher grabbed my arm and took me to the ofice.
 
dude great for you, kids like that are gay i remember 8th grade i used to get picked on by a group of kid, but anyways i ended up getting so mad i actually threw a kid through the drywall after footbal practice and he seperated his shoulder, best feeling of my life, as for ISS i love ISS at my school the dean and teachers come in and make fun of all the wierd kids at school, and i just chill on a couch and lisen to music and eat food, my dean has a fridge full of food
 
thast sweet bro you should sue him for sexual harrasment i mean fuck him his dad is pampering his little btch son because he knows his son cant take it but i had that happen in 8th grade a kid came from behind me and put me in a head lock and i punched him in the face about 6 times and gave him a black eye and shit and i got suspended and nothing for him so fight that shit
