yo, anybody heard of these guys, I just heard them for the first time the other day, and their dirty, def d-load 'until the day i die'

 
Listening to Page Avenue when i saw this thread actually. I really like them. A lot of reviews criticise them for all the songs sounding similar, but I don't really care - they all sound great - I really like the mix of singing and screaming in there and the way the songs build up. Sidewalks is playing right now actually - perfect example. I've seen reviews calling them a cheaper version of The Used - I can see the similarities but I think Story Of The Year's sound is a lot better. I've played both to friends who don't like this sort of music and they couldn't listen to The Used butthey likes Story Of The Year. Anyway, great band - anyone reading this wanting to check out some good melodic hardcore (OK, call it what you want!), pick up Page Avenue for sure.

 
They opened for Thrice and the Used last easter and then saw them during the summer at Warped Tour on one of the small side stages. Put on a great show. But now they are touring with Linkin Park and shit; Dunno how they sound in big arenas.

yeah story of the year is good- I saw them at the bigass show earlier this year... yeah they were playing on a side stage with a small crowd, thats when I got into them. I talked to their bass player! They are cool guys.. dont like some of their songs that much but most of its good
