Storm?

ya man, the powder this friday was amazing. We couldn't even get to Tahoe Thursday and it took us like 12 hours to finally reach Southlake so we could at least ski friday. Gnarly billzard. We had to backtrack because the 88 was closed and wasn't gonna open till friday. But shit, the snow was incredible, I just wish I had a pair of francis bacons to shred with.
 
so what caused me to sit in 4 HOURS of traffic from the bottom of alpine to 1-80. i heard i-80 west was another 4 hour jam. sucks for those going back to the bay, must have taken 12 hours!

the wood had like 4 feet of fresh last friday and the cliffs are all huge right now, the only problem is the snow is so light you hit the hard pack quick.
 
Soooo cutting out early this week to go ski-if it weren't for ochem lab today I would have stayed in Tahoe and skied instead of going back to Davis this week.
 
wurd on the street is snow sticking in auburn. can someone confirm. looks like some possible urban action could go down at low levels. i would come up and partake but people put all these hazardous cement steps next to all the rails for some reason
