You americans need to stop with the style when youre pants is not over your ski boots like the pants stop at the top of the ski boot it looks lame as hell. Also it looks silly when people ski park without having the straps (or wathever its called in english) on the poles. I understand people have it in freeride for safety reasons but it looks weird in the park. Second one is not only americans that one is for everyone but first one seems to be an american thing

Also I could just say Ben Bodett or Keegan Kilbride if Canadians don't consider themselves from the continent of North America I won't be offended lol

Canada is the 51st state, besides Quebec it’s just America in Kilometers and more expensive. The culture is not that different, Europe is different. (Lack of Guns)

not speaking for my fellow canadians but yeah i consider myself north american. OP said " you americans" so i assumed he was just talking about americans

As a canadian I would tend to agree. Certain things are definitely more expensive here (house prices are divorced from reality). We do pay more taxes but certain services are better than in the U.S. There's pros and cons, and it depends on where in Canada you live as well. Also, it might be a tough pill for some canadians to swallow but our culture is definitely downstream american culture so to speak, as much as we might like to object that we're distinct from americans.

I usually take that as continental but I definitely have heard it before, just never really thought about it in skiing because as similar as US and Canada are, the ski scenes are even more similar

As a duel citizen who has lived and skied in both the states and europe, I’d say the EU takes the prize for most outlandish ski fits tho all day. It’s not even a competition.
