I would have much rather been there this weekend, at least I would have gotten to ski with my southern idaho e-friends

well, i don't know, just kinda depends on the weather and if schweitzer can really stay open until the 11th.

also i'm quickly becoming quite poor from getting a hotel every fucking weekend, so if someone would hook me and a few friends up with a room/floor for a couple nights i would be much more likely to take that deal.

$120 for two nights/4 peoplemost weekends. (sometimes we only split it 3 ways, sometimes up to 6)

so $30 for hotel+$20 for gas+$20 for food=around $70 a weekend.

I'm not from here and Ive meet a good amount of people this year...last year I was a loner. But still, not many kids from Idaho have personalities...like when I go to the mountain everyone just stares and doesnt say shit...I'm used to people always talking having a good time joking around and being stoked on skiing...oh well. But what can I say, San Francisco and CA is 100% the complete opposite of here. Its funny though, cus right when I meet someone funny and outgoing on the mountain they say they are from WA, CA, OR, WY, UT, ect....never Idaho :(
 
Sorry Nik, Im just clearly stating an observation of mine. It mostly applies to kids I meet at partys here...Idaho typically=loud obnoxious bros with nothing to offer, other states=cool chill kids who are down to blaze a bowl and have a good time....All of my friends from BSU with the exception of like 3 are from out of state too....I'm always riding with either charels (from SF) jacob (from WA) or Henry....who is an exception to the rule. I'm not saying everyone from Idaho sucks, theres cool people here for instance I got to ride with moxham for bit last week and he was super chill, down to roll a joint and lap the park....but I duno most people I meet from Idaho are whack haha

but ive lived here pretty much my whole life so i dont know much about other states and their personalities

i gotta start talking to other skiers more

yeah...well when you get to college your gonna meet a ton of kids from all over the place....
And im not trying to hate on Idaho or anything, I love it here my grandma and uncle have lived in Sun Valley for ever and I grew up going there every summer and going to redfish lake and stuff...And I love going up to Bogus and fucking around and shredding pow at brundage....all of that could not be done back home in SF....Tahoe is 3 hours away + gas and food and lodging so its nowhere near as convenient as living here...but I wish there was just some more chill peeps from Idaho, maybe just the kids I'm meeting suck and Im going past the cool ones haha....I duno!
CA did allow me to go in the ocean and ski in the mountains in one day....that was a crazy day haha leaving the beach at like 1am after going skim boarding under the moon light and then driving all the way t tahoe off doughnuts and rebull to ski some pow hahaha

exactly, not from Idaho haha. But honestly when I say most the kids from Idaho suck most of that is coming from all the fuckin douche bag bro'd out faggots I see at party's and shit....for the most part if your down with skiing/snowboarding your legit.

Sounds good nik! And I dont think you guys are bad at skiing...and anyways, who cares how you ski at bogus and at park, that shit is nothing. If your down to shred pillows, cliffs, drops, deep pow then you got all the respect I can give.

yeah mac i gotta agree, not to be judgemental or anythang but outside of boise a large part of idaho is made up of hicks or cocky bros.
but there is deffently a good batch of chill kids in boise, you just got to look there hiddin around haha ( and im talking like in the high school age group, i dont really know that many kids at bsu.)
except for you brain and henry and you all seem like chill dudes..
 
yeah, at bsu theres a lot of cool people and most of them are from outta state... I know boises got cool people, unfortunately they are outnumbered by fags making them harder to find haha
