Stomp Games

I'm going to be there. The course is looking good, they just got some snow so they are building the jumps up more. A couple kids are getting double flips so they are legit in size.

I would recommend to anyone to go up there. Spring season passes are $99.

nah you don't want to be from northern idaho. if you are you end up like Korah. and nooooo one wants that

total cluster fuck up top, starters didnt give clear times to when our runs were, and no real jumps open before your event.

myself, shampson, and dirtystyle all missed our first runs because the starter said we had time to go get something to eat and take some runs, so we did that, went back to check in, and were all DQed for missing. total bull shit, if im paying to enter an even with 2 runs, I should be able to take my 2nd run even if i missed the first. no refund and only 3 practice runs.

ok. I don’t know what time you guys got up there to start practice, but I got in at least 10 practice runs in. If you are going to go to a comp then you should make adequate time to practice instead of sleeping in. Secondly, what the starters said is that they would be starting the comp at 12:30 (after everyone completed 2 more practice runs) then they said that they had 16 snowboarders before the women skiers went. After the women skiers it was your turn to go. If you would have been smart about it, you would have brought your lunch up to the course and waited till your turn. The jumps weren't open before the event because they didn't want anyone to have an unfair advantage.

Everyone I talked to had a great time. You couldn't beat the blue skys and warm weather.

No he didn't. Another kid tried a dub corked 14 and didn't land it, so no one else tried. I bet he will try it this week/weekend

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

are you joking me?

i actually put my camera away because the weather got too shitty to film.

by the second round the jumps were so slow that 3/4 of the kids couldn't even make it over the knuckle of the small line because of all the rain.

Sorry, I thought you competed on saturday. Thats when I did, so I just went off that day. Saturday was awesome. And Sunday ended up being fun cause we set up a box to mess around on.

come to WA for some of the comps coming up.

pretzels and polish doughnuts at snoqualmie.

hoe down throw down at stevens.

jib academy at stevens.

tons of fun shit left to do in the PNW...

plus hope to see some of you at hood this summer.

did you even hit the course? It was the best set of rails and jumps i have probably ever hit. And i have skied some good parks.

I think its because they dont interact with anyone else. everyone at schweitzer doesn't know who they are.

i skied there all season.

thomas just got a spring pass this past weekend.

overall i had a very fun season there.

park was consistently fun and seemed like the crew changed everything up quite frequently.

also i LOVED that first slopestyle course that was up i think around new years-ish?

i just didn't get to know too many local's because i had three or so friends that came with me every trip, so we kinda kept to ourselves...i regret that. talked to some of the guys from soul crew a few times and skied with skierx. and his friends several times though.

but here are some dates for those things i mentioned earlier:

p&pd-3/27/10 (this coming weekend)

jib academy-4/3/10

hdtd-4/11/10

The slopestyle jumps are going to stay up!!

go ski stevens right now and then talk to me about a good rail set up.

and how can you consider 2 features(ok 3 but you can only hit 2) "best set up of rails"

last year at HDTD they had urban flat rail, gap to FD, gap to D, and a cannon, all in the course.
