Stolen Skis at Fortune

Last night (tues) a buddies pair of 167 Mojos were grabbed off the rack at the end of the night from infront of the valley lodge. The skis had been purposely seperated so someone went out of their way to nab them. Now this guy is a good friend and patroller and we were inside celebrating the close out of the season with a beer.

If anyone sees/hears a pair being sold somewhere please let me know...I am sure compensation can be arranged for your efforts. If it was you and the guilt rots you inside create an alias and PM me...no questions asked just want them back.

They are the Red/White reversed Mojos, length 167. White tail has a visible chip out of the top sheet. Not sure on bindings but will update when I know.

Ski theft is a low blow
 
Damn man that sucks, that's the 7th or 8th pair I've heard of that's been stolen this year from fortune, but I'm sure the actual number is probably upwards of 50, maybe 100. Fortune is not the place to be without a ski key, even then you have to look out for the filed down racks. Ski theft is a sad reality. But yea, Ill keep an eye out for them.
 
When My rossis were stole, i called up all my local shops to be on the lookout. The person may need to get the bindings adjusted. and the shop will play it like normal, and then call you.
 
Some thieves file down the knobs on the racks so that even if you lock them with a ski key they can just be pulled out. Always double check your ski key.
