'Stolen' Image

if she isnt selling it for profit he shouldstop bein a puss about it and be happy someone liked his photography

I'm not sure if it was fox or what brand. When i used to bmx all the time like 10 years ago i was up on everything in that world.

anyway they got sued because they made a thshirt that was sort of kind of loosely based off of something else from the past. they got sued for it and had to give all the profit $ money to the people. Which nobody bought the shirt because it kinda sorta looked like it might be a take off of something, they bought it to support the bmx brand

How much do you think this girl is making off of a single sweatshirt she made for herself as a tribute piece to a beloved past skier? Ballpark

Exactly.

It doesn't matter what the scale is, a stolen image is a stolen image. No amount of sentiment will wash away the fact that whoever printed that is a thief. Ask first before you help yourself to someone else's work.
