Yupp my little bros skis are gone. 177 a bangs from last year, ridden one day, mounted with dynastar px 12 jibs. If ya see em punch a fool down and jack his skis. Spank

it sucks when people steal shit. my buddy got new skis for Christmas, the first day skiing with them someone stole it... yesturday someone stole my line pin ski poles... people need to respect other peoples shit

I'll be looking out, are they any other defining characteristics. Like stickers on it or anything like that

If i see him i give you my word i will hide under the lip of the water fall and when he/she/it comes i will jowst his balls with my pole on the take off.

you gotta ski at snocompton, there are so many snowboarders that the chances of your skis getting stolen are very low!

Yo newschoolers, just put the two skis in two different places, carrying one into the lodge is always an option as well.

thats funny cuz my friend just got his skis and his friends skis stolen a few weeks ago. but it is true what your sayin

Split your skis. If I see any lurkers around the ski rack area, I usually double back around just to be safe.

That's ridiculous.

But everyone needs to watch their gear this season. I've already had co-workers had their stuff stolen and one was a really old snowboard, too. Ski check line might be long sometimes, but def worth it.

tell ski patrol, park crew, lifties, customer service, and check craigslist a lot. the chances of you finding them are slim, but its possible. usually though, if you don't find them the day they're stolen, its game over. whoever stole them either stole them for his own use...or stole them because he didn't know a lot about skis. depending on how used they were, it'd be difficult to get 200 bucks for that ski.

A few years ago a buddy of mine got a pair of his skis stolen up at Baker. We notified management, patrollers, etc. A few weeks later we saw a guy riding on the skis and followed him back to his car.

He took off his ski garb and it was clear he was some sort of ex-military type of dude; there was no way I was going to approach him in fear of getting thumped.

My buddy walked right up to him and told him that he wasn't trying to blame him, but those were clearly the skis he had stolen a month earlier. The guy ended up being really nice, said he had bought them off some random guy for $100, and gave the skis back.

Chances that you find them are slim, but it does happen!

That sucks man. Couple weeks ago when I was at work someone stole my yakima rack off my car. Middle of the fucking day in a park and ride some faggots are prying a ski rack off a locked vehicle with a crowbar. I feel your pain.

Its tough to feel bad for you when you just didnt take the time to check them, but I guess you wont make that mistake twice~
