Patrick

hails from tiny Fort Kent, Maine, a little town has an even littler ski

area called Lonesome Pine Trails. Patrick is the only one around in the

local freeskiing scene. “We have no park, only a T-bar going up, and

only a couple rails which, no one other than me uses, because I’m the

only freeskier on the hill.” Lonesome Pine management allows Patrick the use of the rail

selection (two flat rails) at home. He builds his own features and then

films and edits all his own footage. “This summer I learned double

flips on a trampoline and I’m confident I’ll be able to do it easily on

skis,” Patrick said about his mission for this season. It is clear he

has some big ideas for this season including doing some east-coast

traveling with a little competing, as well.

that's pretty sick. the only thing:

"this summer i learned double flips on a tramp and think they'll be easy on skis"

...

it's true tho man i just learned rodeos last year and it was all because i learned them on tramp and got super comfy with them. the reason i say it'll be easier is because u have much more time in the air off a jump then u do on a tramp.

yeah man, that's sick and i'm stoked for you. i as well learned rodeos on a tramp and at the pool and can throw them off jumps in the park. however, a double flip isn't a rodeo. and it's a fucking hard trick to throw. just saying...
