STLs or Addicts?

Wow. Thats just great. Sorry about the one word post above this one.

I am strapped for cash just like every other 16 year old kid. I need new skis this season and I also need a season pass, right about $299 for that plus what ever skis are. I have $210 in my bank account, a check for $215. So total I have $425.

I can get 177 4FRNT STL for $250 or Fischer Addicts in 181 for $150.

Cheap out and get the Fischers or start selling my young body on the streets for the 4FRNTS. Opinions please
 
I heard addicts are super stiff if you like that kinda ski. STL's look nice Id go with them.

But I realy dont know much about either.
 
people that ski that addicts love them, but if you wanted a really buttery ski its proly not what youre looking for. stls arent that soft though, just for reference, so id prolly go with the good price on addicts
 
I guess it depends how big you are. If you're a pretty big guy then i would get the addicts. They are stiffer and one of the most durable skis out there with their double layer of metal under foot. The stl's are definently a softer ski and are going to be more playful around the mountain. If you ski pure park then I would say go with the stl's, but if you charge hard in the park and like to ski a little all mountain too then go with the addicts for sure.
