STL for mogulsq

so im just wonderin if the stl is good in moguls ?

I doubt they would be great, but liek any ski you can kinda get used to them. If you are gonna mainly do freeride I would say go with them.

Well, if you think a stiffer and lighter version of a 1080 would work well in the bumps then you got yer ski!

Steele competed in Lake PLacid's 'Bumps and Jumps' competition last season and had great success on his STL's!

There was also only like one actual mogul skier there. And the reason why he did well is because he is a good mogul skier, not the skis. If your a good. skier the skis dont make a ton of difference but they do definietely help out

tru dat a skier makes the run not the skis, sure better skis help but its mainly the skier

^but then again, every little bit helps... and hey, whoever said that there were no real mogul skiers in that comp is dead wrong. Tanner, Steele, and almost every other newschooler from that age group all grew up competing in moguls, and were all pretty fuckin nasty at it too.

When I said actual mogul skier I meant one who is competing nowadays. I am pretty sure there was only like one. Yes i realize all of the top guys either competed in moguls or racing when they were younger. That is why they are so good, they are well rounded and actually have a skiing background.

Best bumps skis around right now are the Fischer Lunar, and the Dynastar Twister...1080 mogul and scratch mogul are decent but don't hold up great.
